Cara Update Kaspersky Secara Manual

kita dapat men-download semua databases definisi produk Kaspersky baik versi Kaspersky 2009 yang terbaru maupun Kaspersky versi sebelumnya, dan setelah men-download databases tersebut dapat dilakukan update secara manual.

[Setting]
Setelah proses download selesai, buka aplikasi Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 yang telah anda install -> klik [Setting] -> Pada menu setting ini, arahkan kursor pada Update (berada diurutan ketiga setelah Protection dan Scan) -> klik Setting pada -> akan terbuka tampilan menu update settings, pada bar [Source] lakukan pengaturan yaitu klik tombol [Add] untuk mencari lokasi link subfolder update database definisi yang telah anda download tadi, tandai lokasi tersebut dan hilangkan tanda pada Kaspersky Labs update server -> kemudian klik [OK]. Masih pada menu update settings->klik bar [Additional] tandai update application databases only dan copy updates to folder, klik [OK]. (sebaiknya jangan gunakan update databases and aplication program module, karena sewaktu saya mencoba dengan menandai ini, fungsi update hanya dapat digunakan sekali saja dan selanjutnya tidak dapat digunakan lagi). Kemudian pindah pada bar [Run mode] tandai manually-> klik [OK]
